A press conference was held on Tuesday, August 23rd to announce that The Big Table Greater Peoria will be back in-person this year on Thursday, October 20th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Peoria Civic Center. As in previous years, participants will sit at a table with 6-8 other individuals (ideally most of whom they won’t know) to engage in conversation with. The day will be broken into sessions with 15-minute panel discussion, followed by community conversations guided by table facilitators. This year’s schedule will include:
Participants are encouraged to stay for the whole day, but are welcome to register for any of the day’s sessions. Participants can register here.
