The Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and CEO Council are accepting proposals for our relocation

On Tuesday, July 12th it was announced that Riverfront Village will be converted from commercial space to riverfront recreation and green space. The Downtown Development Corporation, the City of Peoria and Mike Wisdom have worked long and hard on this project and they should be commended for their success. The Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and CEO Council have been and will remain in full support of this vision for the future of our Riverfront. With all of that said, we have to move. This is a very exciting opportunity for all of us.

We are exploring a wide variety of options and based on the layout we can be quite flexible. The following is our best effort to express our space requirements with some variables.

Primary needs:

• Space for 10 employees which could include a mixture of closed office and open cubicle space
• Sufficient parking for employees plus the generous number of guests who volunteer for committees
• Conference room #1 to seat 25 at tables and up to 60 theater style
• Conference room #2 to seat 12
• Conference room #3 to seat 4-6
• Sound protected studio room (250-300 sq. ft.)
• Tech ready space capable of receiving the best computer technology
• Generous reception area with seating for guests
• Modest break room with kitchen
• Copier/work area

Secondary:

• We are exploring opportunities to partner with other community organizations for space. This could increase our needs up to 10,000 square feet. While we are optimistic this will happen, we will evaluate proposals with our without this option. Options with this flexibility will be most desirable.
